Wow your "Missing" piece is beautifully done and a great feeling to the theme! To answer your question on the Acrylics and colored pencil on the Linen: It is the Linen Canvas that comes in the pad form by Strathmore that is meant for Acrylics and it is Prismacolor pencils I'm using. There has'nt been any problem with the pencils adherance to the paint. The pencil is over the top of the paint and I've been using a sealing spray over the finished work. I really enjoy it since the pencil allows me to do some of the darker finished detail work without having to go for the micro-brushes.
